The ground rules

1. What Telomni is

Telomni (@TelomniApp) is a personal AI agent for Telegram. One person (here, "the operator") runs it on their own server and shares it, for free, with people they let in. By using Telomni you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use it, and you can erase your data any time with /erase.

2. Who can use it

• Telomni is invite-only: the operator decides who gets access, and can change their mind.
• You need to be at least 18, and allowed to use Telegram where you live.
• Your access is for you. Don't share it, or pass on what only you should see.

3. Fair use

Telomni runs on the operator's own budget. So there are daily limits, set per person, and the operator can change them. Please don't:

• use it for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, threaten, deceive or spy on anyone;
• make content that sexualises minors, promotes violence or hate, or helps someone do serious harm;
• try to get around its limits or safety measures, reach other people's data, or attack the server;
• use it to send spam or messages people didn't ask for;
• break the rules of Telegram, or of the AI providers and services it uses for you.

The AI providers have rules of their own, and the AI may refuse some requests because of them.

4. AI makes mistakes

Telomni's answers come from AI models. They can be wrong, out of date, or confidently made up. Don't rely on Telomni alone for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions, or anything else where a mistake would matter: check with a person who knows, or another source.

5. Your accounts, your decisions

When you connect an account (Google, Outlook, Notion, GitHub, Todoist, your mail), Telomni acts in it only for you. Before it sends an email, adds or changes an event, writes a page or posts a comment, it shows you exactly what it will do and waits for your ✅. What you approve is your decision, so read it first. You can disconnect any account in Settings, and Telomni's access to it ends at once.

If you add your own API key, usage on that key is billed to you by your provider. Use a key just for Telomni, with a spending limit you're comfortable with.

6. Your content

What you send to Telomni stays yours, and so does what it makes for you, as far as the AI providers' terms allow. Telomni only uses your content to answer you and do what you ask, as the Privacy Policy explains. You're responsible for what you send it: only share things you have the right to share, and keep in mind that in groups, other people can see what Telomni says.

7. Galaxy and Stardust

Galaxy is a game inside the Mini App. Stardust, planets and everything you find there are just for fun: they have no money value, can't be bought or sold, and the game's rules can change.

8. Changes, and when things stop

• Telomni changes as it gets better: features can be added, changed or removed.
• It's run by one person, so it can be down now and then, and it could stop altogether one day. If it's going to close, the operator will say so in Telomni, with time to download your data.
• The operator can limit or remove anyone's access, for example for breaking these terms. You can leave whenever you like: /erase deletes your data first.

9. No guarantees

Telomni is offered for free, as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, the operator makes no promises that it will always work, be accurate, or suit what you need, and isn't liable for losses that come from using it, including mistakes the AI makes and actions you approved. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that can't be signed away.

10. Updates to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and anything important will be announced in Telomni. Using Telomni after that means you're fine with the new version. Questions? Send /feedback to @TelomniApp.
